Really cheap price but might have gotten there too early got a cold food

Food cold and wont do anything when you tell them

They messed up ICE CREAM. It came out way too fast and it was way to runny. And it was melted. Food was cold. And to greasy. Not good in general.

Tasty food with large selection of typical items found in Chinese restaurants. Clean. Food items refreshed often.

I hate giving two stars but something has gone wrong with this place. For years I'd eat here every Friday and was brought here to eat for my birthday. It used to be great. The decor is odd, the food overcooked, the original owners must have moved on and now so must we. The two stars are for the wait staff who have always been courteous. Please reorganize so I can come back. If you agree then hit the like button.

I do know the oriental scene in Conway is grim to say the least. Wow this place is truly awful. Food is cold, service is terrible and what kind of Chinese restaurant doesn’t have chicken broccoli? The best way I can describe this restaurant is by the fact that they have an ice cream machine with one single cone laying beside it. I don’t think I need to say any more than that.

Food was old. Otherwise service was good.

Time for some building repair/remodel but still love it

The staff was nice but NONE of the food was hot. The only thing close enough to warm was the egg drop soup and it was -only- warm. The clams were without flavor - it looked and tasted like they were boiled without any sauce or seasonings and were cold by the time I sat down to eat them. The crab Rangoon was good once you nibble away the extra crunch that made it hard to really bit down on it. The chicken on the stick wasn't too bad, just needs more flavor. I tried hard to find everything I could that as positive about this place but it is generally lacking those qualities. Multiple shrimp and dumpling options. The sesame chicken was really flavorful as well. Quick refills and a clean bathroom.

Don't like seeing live critters crawling from food & on the floor

Guess I should have read more reviews. I came here to save a few bucks over the price of going to china town... what a waste.Its a thursday and we got here around 1pm. NOTHING IS FRESH. Its stale, dry hard, overcooked, some of the items were actually cold which surprised me. Their chow mein was good which I hoped would mean the rest would be good, nope. They had a good apple turnover type thing and their mushrooms and broccoli beef were fresh, nothing else was. The chicken on a stick is rock hard in places, way over cooked or cooked and reheated several times. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The service wasn't great either, no drink refills, the gal did at least clear plates in a timely manner.We rarely eat out, this was a special treat for the kids as part of a day to the zoo. Very diappointed in this visit.

The food was neatly kept. It was maintained hot and fresh. Food for the soul

Not a good place to eat. Check out person was not nice. Was very rude. Food was only so so I will never go back. And had people standing outside there door begging money. Made me feel uncomfortable.

They are my favorite besides when they don't have the coconut shrimp. It's the best. They are good priced and very friendly. I go there at least twice a month for takeout.

Went to dinner to celebrate my husbands birthday, wow the food, service and value are horrible. The beef broccoli was extremely tuff, the chicken was not even recognizable. The service was very bad, the little girl at the desk didn't give us the time of day even when we were so polite and anxious to try a new restaurant. The selection is very lacking in options....Needless to say we will never, ever, go back.

Food wasn't very good - even for a buffet. Maybe came in too late? Around 8:15. Cook came out in dirty clothes - which didn't help. Ceiling was stained and full of dust. Not a good look - especially for a buffet.

The food is over cooked. and wasn't that good I wouldn't tell any of my friends to go here I will not be going back

Big place...great service with good food.

Very cheap Price's for this buffet.. If you don't have much money and want an all you can eat option..well you have found it.. Me and my children ate here getting 4 waters for $26.00.. It didn't break the bank. .. Nice staff.. Quickly refilled your drinks and gathering your empty plates.. Clean place.. Good variety of desserts.. Salads and sushi .. This is a must for anyone on a budget

Food was great but customer service was not

Food is good, but the service fails. Just ate there with my family and our server did not refill our drinks and did not check in on us. All he did was walk around and got himself a plate and sat down in the booth beside us and started eating. But he took care of a bigger group and just left us out of his rounds. So disappointed.

4 stars for the food, 1 star for the service, and cleanliness of the place

Great experience. Fantastic food. Great arkwork. Wonderful tv displays. Nice comfortable seats. The drinks are cold. Napkins white. Bathrooms 4/10. Sushi 8/10.

Good food & price. Only thing that's missing is boiled shrimp & cocktail sauce.

My visit at 4pm on a Friday left me certain that I’ll not return. Overall cleanliness is on the low end of barely acceptable. The food, most of which was cold and quite rubber-like from sitting for an extended duration. I would not recommend to anyone. I ended up eating a bite or two of everything I had placed on my plate, paid my bill, and left. Waitress was friendly, but of course, I was only in the restaurant for approximately 20 minutes before departing and eating dinner elsewhere.

Very good buffet and fair price for there food...

Average buffet style Asian food. Good service and selection but need to change up the menu from time to time, menu selection is always the same, it's good but needs diversity. Atmosphere is comfortable but the stuff on the area just below the ceiling is ridiculous and not appealing, misilanious sayings and quotes take away from the authenticity and general appeal of this restaurant. But otherwise a pleasant place to eat or meet friends for lunch or dinner 😉

we having to go after the lunch for the food was not very fresh some items were pretty cold and not very good to eat so I would suggest if you go to this restaurant should go during a busy time where the food is circulated to the best of their abilities great staff though.

This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. The food was okay but our server was rude and angry from the time we walked in the door and she "threw" our straws at us and walked away. I'm normally a very generous tipper but this was the first time I didn't give anything. Just visiting this town but wouldn't recommend this place to anyone accept an enemy!

Great service. Best Chinese Buffet in Conway. The sushi, rice, and coconut shrimp slaps. Food was fresh. We go every week!

Everytime I'm in Conway I lied to stop and eat at this place because the food is incredible and I used to live in Conway but there's a good variety of food and yeah I think it was very clean

Ice cream machine out, sodas were told it of carbonation and food was definitely not what it use to be....will not be going back.

Not bad... truly improved over the recent years. Food was fresh and with many selections. Food did not all taste the same... and that was good. The Fortune Cookie said I only had 3 years to live and need to live life the fullest. Oh my. Just quit my job to see the world... 3 years!!

Now I see why I always order chicken fried rice and nothing else. I went inside today to eat at the buffet it was horrible. The waiter was horrible to. It was so bad that did not tip him. The person that I was with tipped him and I wanted to take the money off the table, but I had to remember that it was not my money, so I left it on the table, but never again.
